I came to the realization that I haven't posted on my blog in a while and that despite the weather being exceptionally nice today, I did not go outside - two things I regret very much. However, I must not dwell and instead I'm going to talk about something I feel is very exciting.

We all have our own interests and some people will just never understand the things that make our own hearts flutter. That is life and the whole point of 'inspiring' and 'sharing' is to show people why they do as such to oneself. In other words, today I wanted to tell you guys about a topic that makes my heart flutter.

FILM MAKING.
As a number of you are aware, I have become very fond of the idea of going into production of film and TV. It is something I am really passionate about and would love to pursue in the future. In September, I will need to start looking around for the courses I am interested in for post 16 education surrounding the subject (I feel it is important to study the things you love).

I recently created a short film called 'Stored Away', in which I simply just mess around in my loft for a few hours and hope that the power of my editing skills and trusty Heinz Ketchup, give a good show. I honesty had a lot of laughs with myself whilst making this (call me mad I don't care). All in all, my message for today is to just go for it. If, in a couple of years I look back at this and think, 'What the hell was 15 year old Anna thinking, this is shocking!?!', at least I can then think that it was a starting point to many a better video.

This is why I hate the phrase 'goals':

There has always been this saying, that our mission in life is to 'find yourself'. The idea that you are alive and creating carbon dioxide, in order to die knowing who you are.

I honestly think that is a load of rubbish.
How can you 'find yourself' when you have no idea where to start looking? It's like expecting someone to know where they are going in a foreign city, that they have never been too.

I have decided there is a much simpler why of tackling the humongous question that seems to constantly line the front of each individuals mind: what is the purpose of life?

Well, today I propose this: we are here to create ourselves.

To live a life that we have always imagined. It will be hard with challenges being thrown at us from each direction. However, there is always one thing to remember - God has your back. He is pushing you down paths that you may not like the look of, but that won't stop him. God is working in your life right now, in ways you cannot understand.

The idea is that you create yourself. You make the person you want to be and be it. That does not mean acting up nor dropping the people that mean the most to you. It simply means that if you wish to do something, you do it and if  you don't, you don't. People say that sometimes you 'do not have a choice' however, I don't agree with this. You do not have to do anything you do not wish to do. If you set your mind to something - it is able to be done.

No matter how big or small a goal is, you are able to do it with the right frame of mind. There is no point trying to 'find yourself' in the maze that is the world we live in.

After having been writing this blog for over a year now, it has left me time to think over things.

For the last year, I have been writing on and off on this blog and I honestly feel it is a little part of me. Once I turned on my laptop earlier this evening, I noticed that I had reached 225,000+ views on google+  and over 15,000 views on my blog - something I am personally really proud of.
Now, (slightly bursting my bubble) a mate of mine expressed that that number 'isn't that big tbh'. Not only was I slightly annoyed by this, it made me realise something: For over a year I have been writing on a blog with the intention to inspire hundreds of people. Obviously, I know that this is not true yet - due to the 'isn't that big tbh' number of views and that I don't have millions of followers.

But here's the thing, I never ever do any of this for the views. I do it because I love to write, capture amazing memories and then be able to come back and read about them in a few years time. This is like an online diary and no matter how many times someone tells me that my channel sucks or that I don't have many followers, I simply smile.

To others, it may seem tiny. To me, it seems massive. To see how far I have come is my favourite part of it all. To know that this time 2 years ago, I had only dreamed of starting a blog and  maybe even a YouTube channel. I jumped out of my comfort zone - changing myself as a hole. I now have no shame in what I enjoy doing, people will try to affect me by telling me what I do is rubbish but I just laugh.

I know that deep down, it is something I really wish to do in the future. Writing is something I love to do and further more, to peruse some sort of career in it would be ideal and a dream come true. I wanted to mainly say a simple thank you. Thank you to the 1771 people who follow me across all platforms - you all mean so much to me.

Follow your dreams and do everything and anything that makes you happy. Keep smiling and listening to good music (such as Green Day).

(Thursday Night)
I'm currently sitting on my 'disgracefully messy' bedroom floor, with half straightened hair and a backside that feels numb.

After an ok-ish day at school, I came home to a warm-ish house. I was lounging around, I realized I had gone over 141MB of data (which is supposedly 'unlimited') and I was happily making my way down my twitter feed - when I noticed something on my phone.

Now without the details, names, ID photos, addresses and things, lets just say I was not happy. Yet again, some people had hopelessly tried to get to me. The pointless comments were yet again made by people who yet again, I didn't really know. The realization of the fact that, some people will always find a way of getting to you and it is your duty to set up a metaphorical fortress of tanks, machetes and Spitfires; that you can happily situate yourself in the middle of.

No way was I going to let these small minded individuals get to me. I feel that if they would want to talk with me then they must do so in person. I have no time or tolerance for people who don't make you the happiness you can be... and then support you all the way.

Today I am glad to say that I managed to overcome something that was getting to me - within a matter of seconds. Luckily, I have a network of genuinely nice humans, that I can speak to about things like this. They will send me messages that cheer me up or even simpler, make me food haha.

Some days, life can throw you the worst types of people. When this happens, you have to use this to spark a fire inside of you. It will make you strut your stuff, walk down the hallways, get the things you have always dreamed of, then still leave you with enough energy to heat a scented candle at their grave. They died in shock at how truly spectacular your performance just was.

If that spark has not yet been produced, give them a smile. A genuine smile. There is no point wasting your time being unhappy over a few dramatized people.

How do you deal with problems?
I had a shower personally. That always helps.

It is inevitable, I am growing up. Over the years, the way I think has changed, my body has changed, I HAVE CHANGED. Four years ago when I first went to high school, I thought it would be like mean girls. I thought that everyone would fit into their group and just get through it in the end. I was wrong - people change. Some for the worst but mostly for the better. This is because the people I have met know who they are but if they don't they are well on their way to knowing who they are. Recently, I have gained knowledge in who I am. Who the real me is. What I like to do and How to (kind of) put forward my thoughts and change them into plans for the future. I believe I am beginning to know who I am. One things for sure, I know not to be afraid of who I am.


I cannot stress enough how important this is. I know it is so cliché however I believe it should be put into mind. Being you does not mean that you have to be completely different from the crowd or that you have to do anything that will draw loads of attention to you. It simply means that you put the ideas that are in your head into practice. 

If you don't like the way someone is treating another, don't follow the crowd and join in, tell them to stop. Despite the fact that the 'important popular' kids will not like you for that, screw them. The chances are that the people who talk crap about/to you at school will have no impact in your life after high school. Yes, there are always those people who feel the need to call other sluts, comments on the way other people do their thing however that is human nature. It is foul and I dislike it highly yet, it will happen where ever you go. 

October was one of the crazies months of my year so far. I can't begin to explain what has happened. There has been ups and downs but generally everything has been very positive. I wanted to talk about the simple things that made october so good.
